On our third trip to Costa Rica we finally saw some Scarlet Macaws in nature. They were fabulously loud and beautiful. They are doing some wonderful things to re-introduce the Scarlet Macaw where their population has been declining in numbers in recent years. They are I believe now increasing in population which is great news. We saw them in Carerra National Park, Costa Rica and also in Sierpe, and Corcovado. Amazing!
